In honor of nearly all my girlfriends getting married in the very near future, I’ve decided to do a bridal makeup series! The first post in the bridal series is a very classic look appropriate for daytime weddings. I’ll also be doing looks inspired by each season, as well as nighttime looks.
Classic bridal makeup is all about perfecting what you have without looking like you have a lot of makeup on. It’s a “you, but better” kind of look. Very fresh faced and pretty, and not over the top. To me, this look would be great for brides who want a traditional ceremony and a classic look (think pearls and a church wedding). This makeup would also be great for a destination wedding, because of its simplicity.

Products used:
Almay Nearly Naked Liquid Foundation: ivory (liquid foundation photographs better than powder)
Everyday Minerals Finishing Powder: sunlight finishing dust
Elf brow kit: dark

Almay One Coat Triple Effect Mascara: blackest black
NYC Liquid Liner: jet black (thicker and winged out a bit to draw some attention to the eyes)
Annabelle Kohl Eyeliner: white
Rimmel Cheeky Blush: don’t rush (both shades – lightest on whole cheekbone, darker shade focused on the apples)
Rimmel Sun Shimmer Bronzer: bronze (contour)
Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick: airy fairy

I also want to say a big congratulations to Malorie, Andrea, Kyra, and Amanda. xoxo
